Bartender Dan Moran '01 is known for his Mind Eraser, a layered drink best enjoyed with a straw.

1) Fill an 8-ounce highball glass with ice.
2) Add 1 and-a-half ounces of Stoli Vanil vodka.
3) Add 1 ounce of Kaluha.
4) Top it off with soda water.
5) Shove a straw to the bottom of the glass and drink it down fast

"It's not something to sip on," says Moran. "You just power it down and give a little belch to finish it off."
