The Tao of Emalyn

The Tao of Emalyn

A glimpse inside the vibrant classroom of San Diego’s 2010-2011 Middle School Teacher of the Year, Emalyn Leppard. There, sixth- through eighth-graders with mild-to-moderate disabilities benefit from her serene belief that every child learns in their own unique way. It's that personalized approach that makes her stand out as a truly exceptional educator.

A recent visit to his brewery found him involved with every fact of the brewing process for each of the 15 types of year-round, seasonal and barrel-aged craft beers he produces.
