The University of San Diego’s Division of Continuing Education offers non-degree, fee-based workshops, seminars and certificate programs designed to meet the ever-changing needs of today’s competitive professionals.
The Office of Corporate and Professional Education offers the Certificate in Event Management; Management Academy for Small and Emerging Businesses; Small Business Management and Profitability Workshop; Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments & Development; C.P.M. Exam Preparation Workshops; and customized training programs for U.S.-based companies and Latin American customized training programs for companies throughout Mexico.
Education for Teachers includes professional development, including Clear Credential, professional growth, independent study, CLAD, computer technology and online courses.
The Family Business Forum offers family-owned business leaders and their families a variety of educational programs to assist them with the unique challenges they face and to help ensure their continued success for many generations to come.
The English Language Academy is a year-round language and academic preparation program, also offering customized certificate programs for students, teachers and business executives. Programs include: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL); Summer Youth; Pre-Legal; American Business English and Cross Cultural Communications; and Accent Modification.
University of The Third Age is a three-week program offered twice a year for lifelong learners aged 55 or older. Offerings include lectures, field trips, exercise and foreign language workshops.
The Douglas F. Manchester Executive Conference Center features a state-of-the-art auditorium. In addition, five meeting spaces are available for outside groups who want to host their events at the University of San Diego. The Division of Continuing Education manages the center’s conference planning and meeting services.
