The University of San Diego's Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate's 19th Annual Real Estate Conference will highlight expected demographic, technological and capital trends and how those trends will impact the San Diego real estate market throughout its forward-thinking, thought-provoking, jam-packed agenda.

Keynote speaker John B. Kilroy Jr., chairman of the board, president and CEO of Kilroy Realty Corp., will provide his perspective on national and global dynamics impacting the real estate market.

Following Kilroy's remarks, three panels of industry leaders will address the following topics:

  • Transformational Technologies Impacting Commercial Real Estate, moderated by Jim Waring, Chairman and Co-Founder, Cleantech San Diego with an introduction by Jim Young, Co-Founder and Producer, RealComm. Panelists include:
