Join us on Nov. 5 for our Fourth Annual Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Conference. This event attracts more than 200 real estate and financial services professionals and highlights successful women in the real estate industry regionally, nationally and internationally. Women ane men are encouraged to attend.

The keynote speaker is Jean Kane, CEO of Welsh & Colliers International in Minneapolis, Minn. Kane currently serves as the 2014 executive chairman of national NAIOP. Kane's topic, "Changing Face of Commercial Real Estate―How to Stay Relevant and Capitalize on an Evolving Client Base," will discuss the economic impact of commercial real estate development nationwide and in California. She will also address national and statewide office location preferences trends and legislative issues.

Kane's keynote presentation will be followed by a panel that will discuss millennials implications on the real estate industry and real estate opportunities. Panelists include: Daniele Horton, founder and principal of Verdani Partners; Kelly Souza '03 (BBA), senior vice president and manager of the Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate office in San Diego; and Bess Wakeman, executive vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle.
