Reservations

If you would like to request space at the KIPJ for a conference or special event, please contact the Operations and Events office at (619) 260-7808, or email ipjopers@sandiego.edu. One of our conference staff will make contact with you by phone or email, Monday-Friday within 24 hours.

To help us consider your request, please provide the following information:

• Contact name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Name of Organization sponsoring event
• Organization's wesbite
• Date(s) of event (first and second choice)
• Expected number of participants
• Purpose of event (e.g. higher education conference, seminar about..., corporate meeting, awards dinner)
• Name of keynote speaker(s) and biography or link to website
• Draft agenda or outline of program (e.g. registration, breakfast, plenary, breakouts, lunch, etc.)

USD Banquets & Catering is the exclusive caterer.

Private parties, including wedding related events are not permitted.

All requests for use of conference space from non-University organizations are reviewed by the Office of Public Affairs.
