The Trans-Border Institute (TBI) promotes collaboration and understanding between the United States and Mexico, addresses challenges and opportunities that spring from cross-border relations, and advances common interests across international boundaries. TBI provides a resource for academic and policy-relevant research and analysis, and a forum for public dialogue about key issues in the cross-border region.
