Octavio Rodriguez

TBI Visiting Fellow

A native of Aguascalientes, Mexico, Octavio Rodriguez is the Trans-Border Institute's 2009 Visiting Fellow. Octavio graduated from the Law School at Universidad Panamericana (UP) where he is currently a Doctoral Candidate. Octavio also has studies in Mexican Civil Law Procedure at UP and Human Rights at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain. He also worked for two and half years as Chief of the Public Law Academy and as full-time professor at UP, and previously at state and federal governmental offices in fields as Human Rights as an Intern and Agrarian Law as Legal Assistant.
