About TBI
Advisory Council
The primary purpose of the Trans-Border Institute (TBI) Advisory Council is to assist with the development of TBI as an organization that maintains a strong binational community presence in the greater San Diego-Tijuana region. The Advisory Council counsels and makes recommendations concerning the strategic direction of TBI.
The Advisory Council is currently composed of the following members: Janice Deaton, Eugenio Elorduy, Jose Larroque, Runston Maino, Layda Negrete, Jaime Roberts, Jonathan Salgado, Teresa Sanchez-Gordon, Miguel Sarre Iguiñez, Elsa Saxod, Alan Snyder, Deborah Szekely, Barnard Thompson, Victor Torres, and Luis Vargas.
