IPJ at UCSD Human Rights Symposium

2011 Woman PeaceMaker Manjula Pradeep of India will keynote UCSD’s Third Annual Human Rights Symposium on October 12. She will talk about the challenges of internationalizing the issue of caste-based discrimination in South Asia. IPJ Executive Director Milburn Line will also address the symposium, in a discussion about human rights violations in Colombia and the implications for U.S. foreign policy.
