The May 9 Distinguished Lecture Series event with Radhika Coomaraswamy will air on UCSD-TV on Monday, July 18 at 8 p.m. Pacific time. Coomaraswamy, United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, spoke in San Diego about the many challenges in protecting boys and girls in conflict and post-conflict societies.
