Rapp Talks World Justice

USD Vista -- United States Ambassador-at-Large Stephen J. Rapp offered an exclusive glimpse into the proceedings of the international courts. Rapp leads the State Department of War Crimes Issues and has served as prosecutor for the major International Criminal Tribunals of Rwanda and Sierra Leone. A luncheon held in Rapp's honor allowed graduate students in the Peace and Justice Studies program, along with other USD community members, to ask questions about world political issues. Over 30 sat around the semi-circular tables in the IPJ Manchester Board Room while Rapp gave a firsthand account of several heated international issues.
