Center's Community Service Goes International

The Center for Community Service Learning at the University of San Diego offers year-round opportunities locally for students, staff and faculty to get involved. In January, however, the CSL staff is reaching out to assist internationally.

Elaine Elliott, director of CSL, has teamed with Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice program officer Elena McCollim for a service trip/academic course in Guatemala run through USD’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences Global Center. Students, staff and faculty will visit Guatemala City, Panajachel and Antigua during their travels. (Full Story Inside USD)
