| Message | On October 4, IPJ Women PeaceMakers Mary Ann Arnado and Bae Liza Llesis Saway took their oath of service to the All-Women Corps in the Civilian Protection Component of the official International Monitoring Team, which monitors the cease-fire in Mindanao. On the eve of the 10th anniversary of UNSCR 1325, Arnado called the corps a way to operationalize the resolution that calls for women’s participation in peace processes. |
