IPJ Director Advocates for a Peace Process in Colombia in LA Times Op-ed

Ten years of U.S. support for Plan Colombia cannot be dissociated with the prevailing impunity and injustice. The absence of any peace agenda by either the U.S. or the Colombian government is equally alarming.
