Program Officer Selected for Northern Ireland Study Tour

Karla Alvarez, Joan B. Kroc Institute of Peace & Justice program officer, is one of 12 young professionals selected from across the country to participate in a study tour to Northern Ireland, Aug. 26 to Sept. 6. Participants will assess the region’s internal dynamics and processes since the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, with special attention to the role of civil society.
