WorldLink: Connecting Youth to Global Affairs is proud to present the 15th Annual Youth Town Meeting (YTM), bringing over 700 middle and high school students from San Diego County, Baja California and abroad to the USD campus for a one-day conference. The YTM is grounded in the belief that youth have much to offer and much to gain from discussion with professionals regarding the complexities and challenges in international affairs. Students receive the opportunity to engage with experts from the field, non-profit organizations, international NGOS, government agencies, as well as other youth leaders on topics including: global cooperation and conflict, challenges to a free press, terrorism, human trafficking, climate change and more. The student-selected theme for the 15th Youth Town Meeting is "The Right to be Human," which will focus on the recognition of human rights and its correlation to culture and identity, disabilities, displacement, responsible business and international justice.

This event is not open to the public. However, the general public may volunteer at this event. For more information, please email worldlink.interns@gmail.com.
