About the School
The University of San Diego's Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies is dedicated to building and sustaining peace and justice through innovative learning, interdisciplinary analysis, advanced practice and engaged public policy.
At the Kroc School, students from around the world receive an interdisciplinary academic and practice-oriented education. They go on to serve in a range of international, national and local institutions, whether in civil society, government or the private sector.
An integral part of a Kroc School education is the opportunity for students to gain practical experience in the field and in the larger public policy environment through the School's two Institutes, the Institute for Peace and Justice and the Trans-Border Institute.
