Reserve a Parking Space

The form below can be utilized to request reserved parking spaces for an event held on campus. Please follow these guidelines when requesting reserved spaces:

  1. We require at least five (5) business days of advanced notice in order to arrange for reserved parking for your event.
  2. We are only able to reserve spaces in the Mission Parking Structure, West Parking Structure, and the IPJ South Lot.
  3. Due to the increased parking availability on weekends, we will not reserve spaces on Saturdays or Sundays.
  4. If you have more than one guest, please list their names in the comment box.
  5. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request, we will certainly do our best. After submitting this form, we will process your request within 48 hours. Once the request has been processed, we will send you a confirmation.
