This course will define the documents that make up an estate plan, the process of trust administration, and how assets are gathered and ultimately distributed. Further, the instructor will give basics on how assets are valued in a trust and provide an introduction to probate proceedings. What is post-mortem estate planning? What tax related decisions are involved in trust planning?
