This seminar will focus on some unusual ethical issues that may be encountered in the course of a normal
workday in a law practice. Topics to be discussed will include surrogacy contracts, adoptions, advance directives and living wills, POLST, requests for medically futile care, end of life concerns, and many other issues that might be encountered by a practitioner.
