College of Arts and Sciences Careers

The College of Arts and Sciences is the liberal arts core of the University of San Diego. Graduate programs are offered in Fine Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Natural Sciences/Math. These graduate programs involve close collaboration of faculty with graduate students, emphasizing intellectual growth through critical thinking and effective written and verbal communication. Combining course-based and practical knowledge prepares graduate students to be proficient in their chosen fields.

Master of Fine Arts in Theatre

A joint venture of The Old Globe and the University of San Diego, the Master of Fine Arts in Theatre program nationally recruits seven students each year to participate in an intensive two-year, year-round course of graduate study in classical theatre.
