Important T-Squad Notes:
- Return to campus on August 26 or 27 (specific times will be noted in the T-Squad summer newsletter).
- Resident T-Squad members will (most likely) move in to their room.
- Non-resident T-Squad members may (are encouraged to) move on to campus during training through the Monday morning of Torero Days. Please notify Stephanie at stephanieg@sandiego.edu no later than July 1 if you would like to stay on campus.
- No roommates or other guests are permitted to stay on campus during training or Torero Days.
- Training begins at 5:00 pm on August 27.
- As stated in the Informational session, no other commitments during training or Torero Days.
- Watch for the T-Squad newsletter in July. It will contain lots of important information about Torero Days (please read it carefully).

Teams
Transfer Team
Transfer Team members will lead a small group of students (about 20). They will meet with them formally a couple of times during Torero Days and will be available to serve as a resource after Torero Days. Prefer students who came in as transfers.
International Team
International Team members support new international students with their transition to USD. They also assist with the programs specific to international studentsincluding the International Student Family Dinner, Trolley Tour and Harbor Cruise! Both international and domestic students are encouraged to apply!
Information Team
Informational Team members will assist new students by working at the information table in front of the University Center. They will serve as a resource during Torero Days. They are encouraged to provide contact information to students they interact with to serve as an on-going resource.
Photo Team
Photo Team members takes pictures at all Torero Days events for documentation and use on the website. They also create a celebratory slide show for the T-Squad that we publish on DVDs for everyone!
Photo Team members are assigned to go to various events including the Trolley Tours, Giovanni's Pizza Night for transfers, and the Harbor Cruise for international students!
Experience with slide show and/or dvd movie software is preferred.
Transportation Team
In addition to participating in move-in day and social events, transportation Team members drive USD vans and provide transportation for new students from the airport and for off-campus events including Discover San Diego. There may be other transportation needs during Torero Days. Those who serve on Transportation team will obtain a class B license (USD assists with this process).
Also, assist with and participate in ALL Torero Days events including Move-in, Informational and Social Events.
Commuter Team
Commuter Team members will participate as leaders in programs created to support the needs of new commuter students including temporary housing check-in and check-out, Commuter Student Reception, and the Commuter Student Mixer.
Prefer students who came in as a commuter, or upperclassmen who currently commute.
