Summer Send-Offs

Going to college can be filled with new challenges for students and parents. To ease the transition, USD provides welcome receptions in areas of highest student enrollment. These welcome receptions, Summer Send-Offs, hosted by current parents, provide an opportunity for incoming freshman and transfer students, and their parents, to meet other parents and students, current parents and students, alumni and University Relations administrators. This is a great opportunity for new students and parents to have their questions answered. The Office of Parent Relations will mail invitations several weeks before the Send Off in your area.
