Since the focus of the One Stop Student Center is to serve students and parents in person, when you call 619-260-2700, your call will likely be routed to a phone menu which will assist you in contacting one of the three home offices, financial aid, student accounts, or registrar.  Our office is generally busy all day every day attending to students' needs in person.  If your question is simple or routine, the next best way to directly contact us is by email at onestop@sandiego.edu.  We welcome all routine email inquiries about simple issues. We will respond within two business days although 90% of the time we answer in in less than a day.  If your question is complex you will need to visit our office.

Important: Email inquiries must originate from your USD email account and include your ID number.  Due to the volume of emails received in our office, emails not following these guidelines will fall to the bottom of our response list and will be addressed after emails with this information have been answered.

Email tip:  Some questions, financial aid issues for example, are too complex to be answered in an email.  If you have a complex issue, please stop in to see one of our counselors instead of emailing our office.
