I am adventurous because I am not afraid to explore new places and try new things.
Favorite trip/outdoor activity: snowboarding at Big Bear, or anywhere for that matter
Favorite National Park: the Grand Canyon, actually Dinosaur National Park
Favorite outdoor location in San Diego: Sunset cliffs in ocean beach
Favorite place to hang out on campus: napping in the commuter lounge
Weirdest outdoor food you have created and/or ate: taco s’mores, or smacos, was pretty weird
Craziest trip experience: digging the van out of a sand bank in the Anza Borrego desert
Worst injury from an outdoor trip: blisters
If you could go one place in the world where would you go: that’s tough… my next planned trip is to Colombia and Ecuador so I guess there or the Thai coast.
Funniest outdoor trip experience: it wasn’t very funny at the time but when Andrew threw a snowball at Brett and it missed and broke the van window
What is something no one else knows about you: I have a huge crush on Che Guevara

Five things you wish you knew prior to starting college:
- get out of your meal plan as soon as possible
- explore every part of San Diego from the beginning...4 years goes by fast
- only shop at buffalo exchange
- don’t only get involved with a lot of clubs and organizations but commit to them
- turn off the t.v.!
