MECEP/STA-21

The active duty members seeking their commission are an integral part of NROTC San Diego. They serve in vital leadership roles as mentors to our midshipmen and significantly contribute to the efficient functioning of the battalion. The OCs and MECEPs help to create a unique environment for shaping our Navy and Marine Corps' future officers.
