MS-CMR

Take your career to new heights with a Master of Science in Conflict Management and Resolution from the Kroc School.

Where most see conflict as a problem, we at the Kroc School consider it to be a natural outcome of human diversity. Conflict is an agent of change — both positive and negative. Its outcome depends on how conflict is managed or resolved. Learn how to manage, resolve and transform conflict in order to design a future of positive change.

The Master of Science in Conflict Management and Resolution (MS-CMR) takes professionals from all backgrounds and teaches them new approaches to conflict using dynamic, interactive methods. In the MS-CMR you will learn how to anticipate conflicts, redirect energy, engage actors and resolve complex issues across different situations. You will understand what drives conflicts using data and analysis. You will learn to engage individuals and groups effectively through negotiation, mediation and facilitation.

Whether you work in healthcare, public policy, public safety, arbitration or education, a degree in Conflict Management and Resolution will help you develop the expertise to address conflicts proactively in your own sector or industry.

Join the Kroc School to transform conflict into positive change!
