IPJ Spreads Word of WorldLink in the Local Community
WorldLink Program Officer Debbie Martinez gave a talk at the Fallbrook Democratic Club on the program’s innovative and experiential projects that connect youth to experts, academics and practitioners in peacebuilding and human rights. The IPJ’s WorldLink program enables more than 1,000 high school students annually from Southern California and Baja Mexico to evaluate ideas, add their voices to public discourse and help generate solutions to the world's most pressing global concerns.
Martinez’s presentation was one of several given in the past year in the local community by IPJ staff members. See page 11 of the IPJ’s latest Compass Newsletter.
