USD to Honor Top Educators for Leadership Nov. 7

San Diego Daily Transcript -- Five educators from San Diego and Imperial counties have been selected to join the distinguished class of the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences’ (SOLES) Remarkable Leaders program.

SOLES honors area educators who, through their expertise and service, have enhanced the field of education for students in San Diego and beyond. The 2009 honorees will be acknowledged during the Remarkable Leaders in Education ceremony on Nov. 7 at the school’s Mother Rosalie Hill Hall.

This year’s recipients are John Dekker Anderson, Constance Carroll, Robert Fellmeth, Barbara MacNeil and Dorothy L.W. Smith. (Full Story)
