| Message | Daily Transcript-- The University of San Diego on Monday announced the schedule and theme for its 2009-10 Spotlight on Education Speaker Series.
Five speakers are scheduled to address this year’s theme of “Transforming Education: Digital Learning, Creativity, and Student Engagement.”
The series is put on by the Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) at USD’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences.
Area school leaders can take advantage of conversations with speakers well versed in technology, educational design, creativity and diversity.
The series begins Oct. 15 and ends May 6, 2010. All sessions will be held in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall on the USD campus. Participants may register for the entire series or purchase tickets for individual sessions.
