Professor Michael Rappaport Invited to Teach Summer Course at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution

About Professor Michael Rappaport

Professor Michael Rappaport is the Hugh and Hazel Darling Foundation Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law. His research and scholarship focuses on Constitutional Law, Constitutional Interpretation, Administrative Law, Public Interest/Public Law and Regulation and Environmental Law. A nationally known expert on originalism, he is the Director of USD's Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism and most recently the author of “The Constitution and the Language of the Law” in William and Mary Law Review (with John McGinnis) (2018).
