USD School of Law Hosts Oral Arguments for Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel

San Diego (January 11, 2017) – University of San Diego (USD) School of Law will be hosting the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) on Thursday, January 19, to hear oral argument in six cases.

This unique and exciting opportunity will provide current USD School of Law students the chance to observe real oral arguments and to interact with the BAP judges in a question and answer session post-argument.

Each of the six arguments will last about 30 minutes (15 minutes per side). Students and faculty members are encouraged to attend as much of the arguments as their schedules permit.
