CT Realty Advisors CEO James Watson to Speak at Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate Event Sept. 13

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 7, 2012—James Watson, CEO of CT Realty Advisors, will speak at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate’s Breakfast at the BMC event, which will be held Sept. 13 on the University of San Diego campus.

Watson has spent a 30-year career in the commercial real estate investment, development and management business. Before becoming CEO of CT Realty Investors, Watson served as president of the Koll Development Company, where he was responsible for real estate investment and development in the western United States and Mexico. Prior to Koll, Watson was president of SDC Investments, successor to the Santa Anita Development Company. SDC developed several million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the southwest United States during the 1980s. In 1993, Watson was appointed by Governor Wilson as State Racing Commissioner on the California Horse Racing Board and served for four years.

Charles Abdi, principal at Finest City Realty Advisors, will moderate the event, which will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
