Amigoes Carpool App - 2016 SIC Mobile Track Awardee

Student entrepreneurs from USD create Amigoes, a mobile rideshare app to unify the USD campus community around being mindful of the impact we have on our environment through our daily activities. Through the Mobile Technology Track Amigos received funding as one of the 2016 SIC Awardees. The Mobile Technology Track of the 2016 SIC awarded $5,000 of funding to student projects that use mobile and wireless technology to address a social challenge. The Mobile Technology Track was sponsored by Qualcomm Wireless Reach and Qualcomm Ventures.
