Nilmini Silva-Send Awarded Grant from City of San Diego Climate Action Plan Technical Services

Nilmini Silva-Send, PhD, LLM, Public Interest Law, was awarded $20,500 from the City of San Diego Climate Action Plan Technical Services. The Energy Policy Initiatives Center will provide policy, quantitative, and technical support to the City of San Diego to finalize the Climate Action Plan and provide technical assistance during the environmental impact review process.
