Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering Invites Input From Private Sector

San Diego Business Journal -- The recently dedicated Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering at the University of San Diego, backed with a $20 million gift from its namesake’s family, is striving to produce graduates who can make strong contributions to San Diego County’s growing high-tech community.

Chell Roberts, founding dean of the school, has a goal to work closely with the private sector to create one of the top 10 undergraduate engineering schools in the nation.
