EPIC Launches Energy Blog

SAN DIEGO (June 5, 2013) The Energy Policy Initiatives Center (EPIC), a research center at the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law, recently launched a blog covering energy and climate policy issues. The EPIC Energy Blog provides analysis on topics related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, transportation energy and greenhouse gas mitigation.

The most recent post is the first of a three-part series on residential rates. The series will provide a historical context for the current tiered rate structure, an overview of inclining block rates, a review of some of the outcomes of the current structure, and look at pending legislation related to residential rates (AB 327).
