EPIC Energy Law and Policy Clinic Presents at Energy Commission

The Energy Policy Initiatives Center (EPIC) sponsors the Energy Law and Policy Clinic, a unique opportunities for USD Law students to work in partnership with a related state agency to conduct legal research on a topical issue. This year, three students (Brian Giardina, Erin Grisby, and Christa Lim) researched a topic related to energy data for the California Energy Commission. The students travelled to Sacramento on May 23 to present their findings at the California Energy Commission's legal staff and one Commisisoner.
