Public Interest Law Foundation Holds Annual LRAP Pledge Drive

San Diego (April 2, 2013) - The Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF) is pleased to announce the success of its annual Loan Repayment Assistance Program pledge drive.

The Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) is a private fund at USD that helps graduates pay off their student loans if they choose to pursue a career in the public interest sector. To date, LRAP has contributed over $352,000 to USD School of Law graduates to help them pursue positions in the public interest sector that they might otherwise have to forego due to high student debt.

Dean Ferruolo has graciously agreed to match up to $10,000 raised during the pledge drive, doubling the impact of every gift. PILF is pleased to announce that they have raised over $9,000 and need less than $1,000 to reach their goal. To assist in taking full advantage of Dean Ferruolo’s offer, please consider making a gift to support LRAP.

PILF is extremely grateful to those alumni, faculty, staff and students that have already supported the 2013 LRAP pledge drive.
