Paula S. Rosenstein '86 (JD) Appointed to San Diego County Superior Court

Sacramento, Calif. (November 21, 2012) - California Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the appointment of University of San Diego School of Law alumna Paula S. Rosenstein, '86 (JD), to fill a vacancy on the San Diego County Superior Court.

Rosenstein is a shareholder at Rosenstein Wilson and Dean PLC, where she has been an attorney since 1997, specializing in employment litigation. She was a sole practitioner from 1991 to 1997, an associate attorney at Rosenstein Shpall and Associates from 1987 to 1991, and an associate attorney at Richard D. Prochazka APC in 1987.

Rosenstein is a past-president of Lawyers Club of San Diego and continues to service on its equality and advisory committees. From 1993 to 1996, she was co-president of the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association. She currently sits as District Governor on the Board of Governors for California Women Lawyers.

She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Linda B. Quinn.
