Debating Need for Homeowners Bill of Rights

U-T San Diego -- I think it is consumer protection run amok or, at the very least, typical California unbalanced legislation. The politicians with their names on these bills may think they are doing something positive for California, but they are not. Consumer protection has its place, but what is needed in California is a lender’s bill of rights at the same time. (Full Story)
