Fu Delivers Colorado Keynote Lecture

May C. Fu, PhD, Ethnic Studies, was invited to give a keynote lecture for the Intersectionality Colloquium Series sponsored by the Office of Women's Programs and Studies and the department of Ethnic Studies at Colorado State University. Entitled "Intersectionality as Praxis," her talk analyzed the roots of intersectionality and its significance to contemporary social movements. She also published an article entitled "On Contradiction: Theory and Transformation in Detroit’s Asian Political Alliance in Amerasia Journal which traces the formation, dissolution, and contributions of a small theoretical cadre collective during the early 1970s.
