Legal Remedies For Corporate Abuses of Human Rights

Professor Richard Custin's article, Legal Remedies For Corporate Abuses of Human Rights (Jesner v. Arab Bank) published in the 2017-18 edition of the Kroc Peace Magazine appeared in SCOTUSblog (Supreme Court of The United States) on October 3, 2017. Professor Custin argues that that corporations should be held liable under the Alien Tort Act and the Supreme Court can hold financial institutions accountable for failing to detect unethical financial transactions.
