When, Where, and How?
Mirapoint is scheduled to be online campus-wide on Monday, December 4, 2006. You will be able to use Mail, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks from either Microsoft Outlook or from the Mirapoint Web Client. You may also use any number of other mail programs to get your mail only. To use the Calendar, Contacts and Tasks functions you can either migrate to Outlook or use the Mirapoint Web Client for just those features.
Training is available in several forms. The most obvious will be workshops in several of our computer labs, but mostly in the HR lab in Maher 112. Classes begin on January 3rd, one day after we return from the New Year’s holiday. Please register at Mirapoint Training.
There is also an Online Tutorial available made by Mirapoint. It can be viewed in it’s entirety in one session, or taken in more ‘bite-sized’ pieces. Please find that at Mirapoint Tutorial.
