PHILOSOPHY
Coming from a background of extensive dance training, I understand the importance of maintaining and strenghtening the body. I train with clients of all levels and encourage working 'your own pace' in order to conquer each new task at hand. I believe that we are all lifelong students of a physical discipline and I am constantly evolving my repertoire of knowledge.
