USD FIT is a campus-wide effort to develop our university community in mind, body, and spirit. Each month this fall, we are providing opportunities to enjoy FREE Fit & Active classes to experience how these activities strengthen each wellness aspect. Relieve stress, have fun, and get FIT without leaving campus. No registration is necessary. Just show-up to the desired class to participate. If you like the class, you may register to participate in our semester long Fit & Active program for a small fee.
FIT Months
September focuses the MIND. Tap into your mental power, discover the peace within, and make the mind-body connection in any of the featured yoga classes.
October shapes your BODY. Explore Bootcamp & Functional Circuit Training classes to generate positive energy by challenging your physical body.
November inspires your SPIRIT! Let your soul guide you through the fun movements of our featured dance classes.
