International Human Rights Research
Topical Internet Guide

These subject groupings are intended to suggest the sites that may best address your research topic. The headings are merely general and do not cover every topic in every document or site included in this guide. In light of recent events, information on terrorism has been added to many of the sites. If you believe that a particular site may have documents on your subject, visit the site even if it is not listed under that topic.

Most of these sites link to each other, but multiple listings are convenient, because a particular link may be defective, or a server may be down, and it is helpful to have alternate points of access.
