Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP)
The CRSP US Stock Databases contain daily and monthly market and corporate action data for securities with primary listings on the NYSE, NYSE Amex, NASDAQ, and Arca exchanges and include CRSP broad market indices. CRSP databases are characterized by their comprehensive corporate action information and highly accurate total return calculations. Access to CRSP is available via the Wharton Research Data Services Platform (WRDS) and is limited to University of San Diego faculty, staff, master's and doctoral students.  Users must apply for account access and be approved by the University of San Diego WRDS representative the first time they log in.  For account access please contact Steve Staninger sstan@sandiego.edu or 619-260-6812.

Provides comprehensive and updated information on China's economic development at national, provincial, city, county, and industrial levels, which include the following databases: (1) Monthly Statistics - provides the monthly macroeconomic statistics at national, provincial and city levels from 1998 to current; (2) National Statistics - provides statistical data of China from 1949 to current; (3) Provincial Statistics - provides the statistical data of all provinces from 1949 to current; (4) City Statistics - provides yearly statistics of prefecture and county level cities from 1996; (5) County Statistics - provides the yearly county statistics from 1997; (6) Industrial Statistics ? provides monthly and yearly statistics by industries from 1999; and (7) Statistical Yearbooks - includes a series of China national, provincial, city and professional statistical yearbooks, which will be expanded to cover all statistical yearbooks published by the National Bureau of Statistics of China. Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials
CCTR contains over 300,000 bibliographic references to controlled trials in health care together with references to clinical trials identified by contributors to the Cochrane Collaboration in MEDLINE and EMBASE. Contributors follow quality control standards to ensure that only reports of definite randomized controlled trials or controlled clinical trials are included. These controlled trials included were identified by the contributors to the Cochrane Collaboration to create an unbiased source of data for systematic reviews.

Compustat provides fundamental and market data; comprehensive company financial data, extensive balance sheet, income statement, and detailed footnotes; thousands of data items, pre-calculated ratios and concepts, corporate actions and business descriptions. Compustat North American coverage includes over 28,000 active and inactive companies. History for active and inactive companies covers up to 20 years of annual data, up to 12 years of quarterly and period data, 20 years of monthly price and dividend data and up to 5 years of daily price history. Includes historical annual (back to 1950), and historical quarterly (back to 1962). Compustat Global Database provides comprehensive financial and market data on over 42,000 companies (over 26,000 firms with fundamental data and nearly 16,000 with pricing data only), both active and inactive non-U.S. and non-Canadian. Coverage includes publicly traded companies in more than 80 countries, with up to 20 years of annual history and daily pricing history from 1989 forward.
