Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from the program by March 30 receive a full refund of all amounts paid, minus the $300 deposit.
Students who withdraw from the program after March 30 , but before Orientation Day, receive a full refund of all amounts paid, minus the $300 deposit and $150 for each law course elected.
There is no refund after March 30 for students enrolled in clinics.
Students who withdraw on or after Orientation Day receive no refund for language courses or trips, but are entitled to a refund for a portion of the law class tuition that varies based on withdrawal date.
Date of a withdrawal is the determined by the date the Study Abroad office receives written notice. Click here to request the exact refund computation.
Refunds will be sent by USD check to the lender, the student or the student’s school, as appropriate.
This refund policy does not apply to students at partner schools, scholarship students or students on the tuition remission program. The Dean retains discretion to order a greater refund for good cause.
